Explanation
The test shows how well you have mastered the reviewed topics. In the analysis lesson mistakes in the marked work are sorted into three kinds: imloviy (spelling), ishoraviy (punctuation placed wrongly or missing) and uslubiy (word used wrongly or out of place). For each, the cause is found: was the rule unknown or was it carelessness? Then the correct form is checked in a dictionary and written in the notebook. That way the same mistake is not repeated.
Worked examples
Mistake: “Men kitobni o‘qidim, va keyin uxladim.” — a punctuation mistake: no comma is needed before va here.
Mistake: “Ustozimga rahmat aytib, minnatdorchilik bildirdim.” — a style mistake: the same idea is said twice; correct: “Ustozimga minnatdorchilik bildirdim.”
Class activity
Mistake clinic: each pupil writes one own mistake on a card and the group ‘treats’ it (names the type and corrects it).
