Explanation

Official papers are written in an official style. An application is a document written to a higher office with a request or purpose. A reference letter describes a person's activity and qualities. A certificate gives official information about some fact. A power of attorney confirms entrusting some matter to another person. Each document has to whom, from whom, content, date and signature. In official papers sentences must be exact, short and spelled without errors.

Worked examples

Certificate: This document confirms that Dilnoza Karimova studies in the 7th grade.
