Explanation

“Good at” means being able to do something well. After “at” we use verb + -ing or a noun: “good at skiing”, “good at math”. Positive: “I’m very good at skiing.” “He’s good at bowling.” Negative: “I’m not very good at sailing.” “She isn’t very good at kayaking.” This does not mean “bad” – it means “not very good”. The verb be changes with the person: I’m, he’s / she’s, we’re / they’re.

Worked examples
Aziza is very good at ice-skating, but she isn’t very good at skiing.
I’m not very good at bowling. My cousin is very good at it.
