Explanation

The value: work hard and do your best. If something does not work at once, do not give up: “Keep trying!” Advice: practice every day and learn from mistakes. To ask when an event starts: “When does the movie start?” or “What time does the party start?” Answer: “At seven thirty.” / “At five o’clock.” The verb is “starts” (he/she/it), but in the question it is “does … start” (no s!). If you are late: “Hurry up! We’re late.” Sound: “nd” – hand, sand, wind, pond.

Worked examples
When does the talent show start? At four o’clock. We have time.
What time does the swimming competition start? At nine thirty.
