Explanation

Both a person’s first name and surname are written with a capital letter: Madina Qodirova, Sardor Karimov. The other letters are small. Men’s surnames often end in -ov or -ev, women’s in -ova or -eva: Karimov — Karimova.

Class activity

“Name cards”: each child prepares two cards: one with their first name and one with their surname, written neatly with capital letters. Then the cards are mixed up and matched correctly.
