Spelling words with identical consonants
Textbook: Part 2, topic 10, pp. 44–55
GoalWrite words with identical consonants without mistakes.
New words
seven · yettinine · to‘qqiztwo · ikkitiny · jajji
Explanation
To write such words without mistakes we say them slowly by syllables: sak-kiz, to‘q-qiz, ik-ki. If we hear the same consonant at the end of the first syllable and at the start of the second, we write both. It helps to memorise the common words.
Worked examples
