Explanation

The question mark is placed at the end of question sentences. A question is formed with question words (kim, nima, qachon, qayerda) or with question suffixes such as -mi, -chi, -a, -ya: «Bugun kim navbatchi?», «Kitobni o‘qidingmi?», «Sen-chi?». A question mark may also follow a question word used inside a sentence: Sifat qanday? so‘rog‘iga javob bo‘ladi. If a statement is said with question intonation, a question mark is put at its end: «Ertaga kelasan?» (You are coming tomorrow?)
