Explanation

Review. A term is a word that expresses a precise meaning in a science or craft; terms are scientific or professional. Scientific terms are formed by specializing the meaning of common words (to‘plam, yig‘indi) or by borrowing from other languages (algebra, molekula). Economic terms: tovar, narx, daromad, xarajat, byudjet. Internet terms: akkaunt, parol, brauzer, xeshteg; keep your password secret online. Kinship words: amaki, amma, tog‘a, xola, jiyan, nevara. A family tree shows our link with our ancestors.

Worked examples
