Spelling proper nouns: names of people, places, organizations, dates and waters

In the names of international organizations, supreme state bodies and offices, every word is capitalized: Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkiloti (United Nations), O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasi (Cabinet of Ministers), O‘zbekiston Oliy Majlisi, Xalqaro Olimpiya Qo‘mitasi (International Olympic Committee). In the names of ministries, agencies, organizations and enterprises only the first word is capitalized: Sog‘liqni saqlash vazirligi (Ministry of Health), Toshkent traktor zavodi (Tashkent tractor plant), Guliston davlat universiteti. Conventional names of enterprises, products, structures and vehicles go in quotation marks with a capital (only the first word in multi-word names): «Turkiston» saroyi, «Sharq gullari» firmasi, «Umid» jamg‘armasi.
