Explanation

Revision: nouns have six cases – main, possessive (-ning), accusative (-ni), directional (-ga, -ka, -qa), locative (-da), ablative (-dan). Their questions: Kim? Kimning? Kimni? Kimga? Kimda? Kimdan? Noun-forming suffixes: -chi, -zor, -dosh, -kor, -loq (and -k, -q). Answer the questions in writing and make model analyses.

Worked examples
Test: “Bog‘da olma pishdi” – bog‘da: locative (Qayerda?).
Analysis: sinfdoshlarimizga (to our classmates) – sinf (base), -dosh (noun-forming), -lar (plural), -imiz (possessive), -ga (directional case).
