Explanation
Even without a separate conjunction, the ending -sa in the predicate of the subordinate clause can link the parts. Such a clause shows on what condition (sometimes when) the action of the main clause does or does not happen: “Havo ochilsa, sayrga chiqamiz” (condition); “Qo‘ng‘iroq chalinsa, o‘quvchilar sinfga kiradi” (time-condition). To stress the condition, conjunctions such as agar and basharti can be put at the start, but they are not obligatory. In writing, a conditional clause is separated from the main clause by a comma. If the predicate is negative, the condition is expressed with “-masa”: “Tayyorlanmasangiz, o‘tolmaysiz”.
