Explanation
Quotation marks are used: 1) for titles of artistic, scientific and music works and of newspapers and journals: the epic «Alpomish»; 2) for names of organizations, institutions, firms and hotels; 3) for a class letter and grade: 5-«B» class, grade «5»; 4) for direct speech, when someone’s words are quoted exactly: The teacher said: «Read books.» What is inside quotation marks is not changed.
