Verbs with close meanings

Textbook: Part 4, pp. 34–35
GoalFind verbs with close meanings and swap them in sentences.
New words
to like · yoqtirmoqto help · ko‘maklashmoqto inquire · surishtirmoqto run fast · chopmoq
Explanation

Some verbs have close meanings: yoqtiradi — yaxshi ko‘radi (likes), quvondi — sevindi (was glad), yugurdi — chopdi (ran), so‘radi — surishtirdi (asked), yordam berdi — ko‘maklashdi (helped), qo‘riqlaydi — saqlaydi — asraydi (guards, keeps, protects). If we swap them the sentence meaning hardly changes, but there may be a nuance: chopmoq is faster than yugurmoq.
