Explanation

Let us remember: personal pronouns – men, sen, u, biz, siz, ular (kim? kimlar?). A verb shows an action (nima qildi? nima qilyapti? nima qilmoqchi?), has three tenses, is affirmative or negative, and is conjugated for person and number. -la, -lan, -lash, -sira, -illa (-ulla) are verb-forming suffixes; -gan, -kan, -qan form past-tense verbs (yozgan, ekkan, chiqqan). A sentence begins with a capital letter and ends with a full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
