Explanation

An interview is a conversation based on questions and answers. Plan: 1) introduction, 2) short information about the person, 3) questions, 4) conclusion. Questions are clear and respectful: “Bolaligingizda qaysi o‘yinlarni yoqtirgansiz?” (Which games did you like as a child?) Ask the person’s permission beforehand, listen carefully and write the answers down.

Worked examples
Plan: Introduction. About my grandfather. Questions: 1) Where did you spend your childhood? 2) Which profession do you like? 3) What advice do you give us? Conclusion.
In a question a question mark (?) is put at the end.
Class activity

Project: “My interviewee”. Pairs ask each other 3 questions, write down the answers and present them briefly to the class.
