Объяснение

When an ordinal numeral is written with digits, a hyphen replaces -inchi (-nchi): 9-dekabr, 40-xonadon, 7-qator. In words the suffix is written: to‘qqizinchi dekabr, yettinchi qator. We do not write -inchi after a digit: “7-inchi qator” is a mistake.
