Explanation

Healthy habits protect health: washing hands several times a day, brushing teeth morning and evening, going to bed on time, walking in fresh air, drinking more water. Harmful habits: going to bed late, eating lots of sweets, sitting long in front of a screen. When giving advice use command sentences and adjectives.

Worked examples
Advice: Qo‘lingni sovunlab yuv. (Wash your hands with soap.) Toza havoda ko‘proq yur. (Walk more in fresh air.) Vaqtida uxla. (Sleep on time.)
Useful: getting up early, fresh air. Harmful: going to bed late, sitting long at a screen.
Class activity

Project: “Health poster”. Groups make a poster about healthy habits: three pieces of advice, phrases with adjectives and a picture. They present it to the class.
