Explanation

A book is a great wealth and must be looked after. The textbook has the poem “Kitobni asrang” (Look after the book) by Miltiqboy Xonnazarov, where the poet advises the reader to guard the book like the eye. We make up our own rules for using books. “To be faithful” to books means never abandoning them and reading them regularly.

Worked examples
“Rules for books”. Aziza takes great care of her books. She does not throw a book on the floor. She does not fold or scribble on the pages. If her hands are wet or dirty, she does not touch a book. After reading she puts the book back in its place on the shelf. That is why her books look like new.
Rules: I don’t fold; I don’t scribble; I take it with clean hands; I put it back in its place.
Class activity
