Explanation

There are four seasons in a year and each has three months. Each season has its own beauty. The textbook has a poem by Po‘lat Mo‘min about this. A poem is musical speech expressing feeling; similar-sounding words at the ends of lines are called rhymes.

Worked examples
“The four seasons”. There are four seasons in a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each has three months. In spring the trees blossom. In summer the sun warms and fruits ripen. In autumn the harvest is gathered in the orchards. In winter the earth is wrapped in a white quilt.
Spring: March, April, May. Summer: June, July, August. Autumn: September, October, November. Winter: December, January, February.
