Explanation
Water is the source of life. Without water people, animals and plants cannot live. Water is a pure, clean and honest gift. We do not let it run away uselessly: when brushing teeth we keep the tap closed. Even a drop of water is precious. In the poem “Suv — zaminning yuragi” (Water is the heart of the earth) in the textbook water is likened to purity and cleanliness.
Worked examples
“A drop”. The tap in our home was dripping. I counted: twenty drops in a minute. I told my dad. He repaired the tap. Since then we have saved water. One drop is little, but many drops are a lot of water.
