Underline the agreeing attributes and say how each is expressed: «Это был последний тёплый день сентября. Наши спортсмены вернулись усталыми. Читаемая нами книга интересна».
последний, тёплый — прилагательные; наши — местоимение; читаемая — причастие

Make one combination for each way of expression (adjective, ordinal numeral, pronoun, participle) and change it by case.
For example: «высокая гора — о высокой горе», «второй урок — на втором уроке», «каждый день — каждого дня», «сломанная ветка — сломанной ветке».

The first is plural nominative; the second is plural genitive (or accusative, animate); both words agree in number and case.
