Explanation

Value: exercise is good for our health and mood. Asking the time: “What time is it?” Answers: “It’s three o’clock.” “It’s ten thirty.” Say it! — the “oo” sound, spelled ue, ew or oo: blue, new, chew, food, moon, zoo.

Worked examples
“Morning run”. Jasur gets up at six every morning and runs in the park. At first he gets tired, but he does not stop. He asks his friend “What time is it?” “It’s six thirty,” says his friend. After a month Jasur runs fast and feels great.
— What time is it? — It’s four ten. Blue moon, new zoo!
Class activity

“What time is it?”: children choose clock cards. One asks “What time is it?” and the partner answers “It’s … .” Then make a rhyme using “oo” words.
