Explanation

Home activities: drink juice, eat a sandwich, do the dishes, play on the computer, read a book, watch TV, do homework, listen to music, make a cake, wash the car. Notice the verbs: do the dishes, do homework (with do); make a cake (with make); watch TV; listen to music (with to); play on the computer.

Worked examples
After school I do my homework and then I listen to music.
On Saturday my family washes the car and I make a cake.
Class activity

“Home mime”: a child mimes a phrase (wash the car). The class says “You wash the car!” Then pairs ask “Do you … ?” and answer “Yes, I do.” or “No, I don’t.”
