Explanation
“Enjoy” means to like doing something. Like “like”, it is followed by -ing. Question: “Does he enjoy doing the dishes?” “Does she enjoy reading?” Answer: “Yes, he does.” or “No, he doesn’t.” In a “does” question the main verb does not change: enjoy (not enjoys). For plural: “Do they enjoy washing the car?” — “Yes, they do.”
Worked examples
— Does she enjoy making cakes? — Yes, she does.
— Does he enjoy washing the car? — No, he doesn’t. He enjoys reading.
Class activity
“Interview”: pairs ask each other about three home activities: “Do you enjoy …ing?” Then they report to the class in the third person: “She enjoys reading, but she doesn’t enjoy doing the dishes.”
