street · ko‘chaflower · gulclean, tidy · ozodabright, pleasant · fayzli
Explanation
The street of the neighbourhood is our shared yard. When it is clean and beautiful, people are glad. In the poem “Bizning ko‘cha” (Our street) in the textbook a child decorates his street with flowers. We do not throw rubbish on the street, we do not break trees, we look after flowers.
Worked examples
“Our street”. Our street is long and wide. Plane trees grow on both sides. In spring we planted new flowers. We watered them every day. Now the street has become colourful. Everybody thanked us.
The street belongs to everybody. A clean street is a pleasant street.
