Explanation

In this section we read about carefulness, microbes, Ibn Sina and avoiding colds. To stay healthy we must keep clean, sleep on time, move and eat healthy food. We review them and make up our daily routine.

“Secrets of staying healthy”. To stay healthy we must keep clean, sleep on time, move and eat healthy food. Fruit, vegetables, milk and bread strengthen the body. A child who follows a daily routine rarely gets ill. Ibn Sina also gave this advice. Health is a great wealth.
