Section review
Textbook: Part 2, pp. 26–28
GoalReview the section on crafts and professions; complete and explain proverbs.
New words
gem, pearl · gavharcraft, skill · hunarflower garden · gulshanproverb · maqol
Explanation
In this section we read about craftsmen, the need for every profession, practice and patience, choosing a profession and teachers. The poem by Olqor Damin in the textbook says that professions help each other. In the review we hold a proverb competition.
Worked examples
“Garden of professions”. Professions are like flowers in a garden: each has its own colour and scent. The baker bakes bread, the potter makes jugs, the teacher gives knowledge. Without one, life would not be complete. We learn a craft with patience and practice.
Proverbs: “One craft grows out of another”, “He who works will find comfort”.

“Proverb contest”: two teams take turns saying proverbs about work and crafts; the team with more wins.
