For example: tenglama – an equality with an unknown; tezlik (speed) – ratio of distance to time; hujayra (cell) – the basic unit of a living organism.

Write 5 words from the profession of someone close to you and find their meaning.
The answer depends on the profession; for example, a driver: rul (steering wheel), tormoz (brake), shina (tyre), yo‘l belgisi (road sign), tezlik qutisi (gearbox).

Find a plain synonym for each of three idioms and use them in sentences.
For example: og‘zi qulog‘ida – very glad; qo‘li ochiq – generous; boshi osmonga yetdi (“his head touched the sky”) – overjoyed.

Explain 3 new words (for example startap, onlayn, grant) and use them in sentences.
Startap – a young business based on a new idea: «Do‘stlarim startap ochdi» (“My friends opened a start-up”). Onlayn – over the internet: «Dars onlayn o‘tdi» (“The lesson took place online”). Grant – targeted financial support: «Loyiha grant yutdi» (“The project won a grant”).
