School Council — o‘quvchilar saylaydigan vakillik organi. O‘quvchilar elect qilinadi, ya’ni election da vote beradi; ovoz beruvchi — voter. So‘z oilalari: elect – election – elector; vote – voter; govern – government – governor; senate – senator; finance – financial. Council a’zosi o‘quvchilar manfaatini ifodalaydi (represents pupils) va mas’uliyat sohasiga ega (area of responsibility). Saylovoldi nutqda va’dalar if + hozirgi zamon, will + infinitive bilan beriladi: If you vote for me, we will open the computer room after lessons. Muammoni aytish, yechim taklif qilish va yakunda shior bilan chaqiriq qilish nutqni kuchaytiradi: Your voice counts – vote for me!
