Explanation

Plymouth is a city on the south-west coast of Britain. It has the National Marine Aquarium, with big tanks, sharks and seahorses. Descriptions of places often use will: “In the big tank you will see sharks up close.” To tell about a holiday we use the Past Simple: “Last summer we stayed by the sea. We visited an aquarium because it was windy.” Questions: “What can you see there?”, “What time does it open?”, “When does it close?” Punctuation marks: . full stop (AmE: period); , comma; : colon; ? question mark; ! exclamation mark. Opening times: “It opens at ten and closes at six.”

Worked examples
Last August we spent a week in a seaside town. When it was sunny, we swam and made sandcastles on the beach. On a rainy day Dad took us to an aquarium. We watched a huge octopus and a sea turtle, and I liked the jellyfish best.
— What time does the aquarium open? — At ten o’clock. — What time does it close? — At six. — What will we see in the big tank? — Sharks and rays!
