Explanation

Leisure time is the free time you have after work or school. A hobby is something you enjoy doing in your free time. Indoors: watching TV, reading, drawing, playing board games, listening to music, collecting stamps. Outdoors: swimming, cycling, hiking, bird watching, horse riding, sailing. Adverbs of frequency: always, usually, often, sometimes, rarely, never. They go before the main verb but after be: “I often read in the evening.”, “She is always happy.” Question: “How often do you go cycling?” — “Twice a week.” It is good to think about which activities you choose yourself and which ones your parents choose for you.

Worked examples
In my free time I sometimes draw indoors, but I usually play outside with my friends. I never watch TV in the morning. We go cycling twice a week, and on Sundays we always visit my grandmother.
— How often do you go hiking? — Once a month. — Do you do it alone? — No, with my cousins. — And what do you do indoors? — I read and collect stamps.
