Explanation

Page 103 has chants for Units 7 and 8 that practice “Are there any …?” and “Whose … is this?” We make our own: one group asks, the other answers on the beat. At the end of the year we sing all the chants together.

Class activity

“Final chant”: each group performs two chant lines from one unit; at the end everyone says the Unit 7–8 chants together.
