CLIL Art: what can you see in a landscape painting?

Textbook: pp. 12–13
GoalSay what you can see in a landscape painting: “I can see …”.
New words
landscape · manzaramountain · tog‘forest · o‘rmonocean · okean
Explanation

A landscape is a picture of nature. It can show a mountain, a forest, an ocean, the sky or a river. Looking at a picture we say: “I can see a mountain.” “I can see trees.” We can add color: “I can see a blue ocean.” Colors matter when we paint: sky — blue, grass — green, mountain — brown or gray.

Worked examples
I can see a big mountain. I can see a green forest.
I can’t see the ocean, but I can see a river.
