Explanation

A healthy lifestyle: drink plenty of water, eat fruit and vegetables, exercise, and get enough sleep (about nine hours at your age). Sentences: “I drink water every day.” “I don’t eat too much candy.” For habits we use every day, often, sometimes, never.

Worked examples
“Healthy Aziza”. Aziza is eight years old and she is very healthy. She gets up at seven and does exercises for ten minutes. She drinks a glass of water before breakfast. She eats an apple every day. She walks to school with her friends. She doesn’t eat candy often. She goes to bed at nine o’clock. Aziza is always happy and strong.
I drink water every day. I go to bed at nine.
