For example: district hokimiyat – local executive; district council – representative; district court – judicial.

Direct: citizens take part personally; representative: in a large country everyday decisions are made faster by qualified representatives.

State bodies form a single system; each has its powers; working in connection they govern society and protect the people’s interests.

Without control the risk of abuse and rights violations grows; therefore democratic systems divide power and hold elections.
