Legal norms
Answers are for parents and teachers.

For example: when crossing the street (hypothesis) a pedestrian must use the marked place (disposition); if broken, a warning or fine (sanction).
2

The will of the state; being fixed in an official document; backed by enforcement; regulating important social relations.
3

For example: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; the Convention sets children’s rights.
4

Everyone would act as they wish, disputes would be settled by force and the weak would be left unprotected.

Independent research; for example an administrative fine in traffic rules.
