Choose five proverbs and write the meaning of each in present-day language in one sentence.
Answers are personal, but the meaning must fit the proverb.

Compose your own new two-part proverb-like saying with contrast (theme: time or knowledge).
For instance: “He who studies today works tomorrow, he who lies about today only thinks tomorrow.” Creative answers are accepted.

Write a short text of 5–6 sentences comparing the proverb on hospitality with a custom you know today.
The proverb: a guest brings blessing; today a guest is also received with a laid table.

Why are proverbs called a “mirror” of people’s life? Write with two pieces of evidence.
They reflect the people’s views and observations of nature, such as labour, hospitality, justice and patience.
