For example: You should dress neatly. You shouldn’t be late.

Answer the interview question “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” about yourself: two strengths and one weakness, each with an example.
For example: I am responsible – I have never missed a training session. I work well in a team – our group won the school quiz. My weakness is that I am sometimes shy, but I am joining the debate club to improve.
