Application forms and CVs

An application form usually has these sections: Surname, First name, Date of birth (day/month/year), Place of birth, Nationality, Address, Telephone, E-mail, Education, Skills, Signature, Date. Block capitals means writing in capital letters. Write dates in the required format: 05/11/2010 (day/month/year, British order). Do not leave blanks: if something does not apply, write N/A (not applicable). Prepositions: apply for a place, interested in science, good at maths, responsible for equipment, experience in teaching, at the age of 16, in 2023, on 5 May. All information must be true: false information can lead to rejection. Give personal data (passport number, passwords) only to trusted official organizations.
