Объяснение
Mirtemir Tursunov was born in 1910 in the village of Iqon at the foot of the Karatau (today in Kazakhstan, near the city of Turkistan). He studied first with his grandfather and then at an old-style school, and later in Tashkent and at the pedagogical academy in Samarkand. His first poem, “Tanburim ovozi”, was published in 1926 when he was 16; his first collection, “Shu’lalar qo‘ynida”, appeared in 1928. Mirtemir translated Pushkin, Lermontov, Homer, Rustaveli, Heine, Tagore, the Kyrgyz epic “Manas” and the Karakalpak epic “Qirq qiz” into Uzbek. He died on 24 January 1978 at the age of 68; in the years of independence he was awarded the Order “For Great Services”.
