Объяснение

“Bo‘ston” is a poetic work of Sa’diy written in 1257. In the passage “On not seeking faults” the poet calls the reader not to blow small mistakes of others out of proportion, to tell the rose from the thorn and see the good; he says a fault-finder sees only the peacock’s feet. In the story “Lost on the festival day” the poet as a boy gets separated from his father in a holiday crowd and cries out; the father comes, scolds him, and reminds him to hold his hand tightly, because it is hard for a small child to walk alone. In another story a just king wears a plain robe and says the treasury belongs to the army and the people. The story of the man who gave water to a dog shows that kindness to a living creature is also rewarded.
