Explanation
A logo is a company’s symbol. Film companies have their own logos: Universal (a spinning globe; the company was founded in 1912 by Carl Laemmle), MGM (Leo the lion), Paramount (a mountain surrounded by stars). To buy tickets we say: Two tickets for the six-thirty showing of ..., please. Ticket types: adult, child, student. The cashier asks: Which seats would you like – front, middle or back? How many tickets? To ask the total: How much is that? Time: half past six, a quarter to eight. Come at least ten minutes early and silence your phone.
