Объяснение
Even if a subordinate composite sentence contains many simple sentences, they fall into two sides: the main clause and the subordinate clause. The main thought is in the main clause; the subordinate clause completes it by adding information such as reason, condition, purpose or time. The subordinate clause may come after or before the main clause; the pattern is [main clause], [subordinate clause] or [subordinate clause], [main clause]. By structure such a sentence resembles a word combination: the main clause corresponds to the head word and the subordinate clause to the dependent word. To find the subordinate clause we put a question to the main clause: “why?”, “when?”, “under what condition?”.
Примеры
Ish tez bitdi, chunki hamma birga ishladi. (main: Ish tez bitdi; subordinate: chunki hamma birga ishladi) Pattern: [main], chunki [subordinate].
“Main or subordinate?”: one part of each sentence on the board is covered; pupils decide whether the visible part is main or subordinate.

Why does a subordinate composite sentence resemble a word combination?
Because both consist of two parts – head and dependent (main and subordinate).
