Explanation

In “Hayotning har lahzasi go‘zal” (Every Moment of Life Is Beautiful) the poet shows a single day – from early morning to sunset: dawn, a yard, a street, flowers, hundreds of faces met on the way. At the end of every stanza comes a refrain meaning “every moment of life is beautiful”, calling us to be grateful for each moment. In “Vatanjon” the homeland is seen through the eyes of a child and a young man who loves her like a mother and protects her like his own life. “Tinch kunlar” treats even a peaceful day as a historic event, because teacher, builder, pilot and soldier secure peace by their work. Analysing the poem “Yer” with the teacher is assigned. The textbook notes that independence was achieved in 1991.

Worked examples
