Explanation
Land, water and air transport bring far places close. City and village depend on each other, but life in them differs. Thanks to electricity every home is warm and bright. Electric appliances make work easier. The most important saving rules: close the tap on time and do not leave lights and appliances on for nothing.

A family in Tashkent eats vegetables that came from a village.
Switching off a light saves both money and nature.

Mini-project: a “Thrifty family” poster. In groups draw a house on large paper, write electricity and water saving rules in its rooms and mark each with a star. Which group has the most rules?
