GoalUsing adjective order in postcards and descriptions of places; travel words and crosswords.
New words
destination · manzil, yo‘nalishattraction · diqqatga sazovor joyaccommodation · mehmonxonaluggage · bagaj
Explanation
A postcard is short and friendly: a greeting, two or three sentences about the place, your feelings and a goodbye. When describing a place follow the adjective order: We are staying in a cosy old hotel with a lovely green garden. Use the Present Continuous for what you are enjoying now, the Present Perfect for what you have already done and be going to for plans: We are having a great time. We have visited the museum. Tomorrow we are going to climb the hill. Crossword clue example: “a place where you sleep on a trip” = accommodation. Useful endings: Wish you were here! See you soon!
