E.g. qalam va daftar; Ali bilan Vali; yoz va kuz — the words do not explain each other.

Does “Bahor keldi” give a word combination? Justify.
No: here are a subject and a predicate, sentence parts; a combination has a dependent and a head word.

Write the terms sintaksis, tobe so‘z, hokim so‘z in your dictionary with examples.
Tobe so‘z — the explaining word (yangi); hokim so‘z — the explained word (daftar): yangi daftar.
