Объяснение
An informational text exists to pass on facts about an event or situation. It uses no imagery such as comparison or personification; the author adds no feelings and gives only the facts — notices, documents and certificates are such texts. In a creative-descriptive text the author shows his or her attitude to the event, describes it through his or her own eyes and uses figurative words. Artistic and publicistic texts and the essay belong to this kind. Both texts may be on the same topic, but the first appeals more to reason and the second more to feelings.

Informational: “Bog‘ 2015-yilda barpo etilgan, maydoni ikki gektar, unda 300 tup daraxt bor.” (The garden was laid out in 2015, covers two hectares and has 300 trees.)
Creative-descriptive: “Bog‘ning soyasida vaqt sekinlashadi, barglar esa sirlarini shivirlab aytadi.” (In the garden’s shade time slows and the leaves whisper their secrets.)
