Объяснение

Interjections do not change; they belong neither to the independent parts of speech nor to the function words. In a sentence they are set off by a comma or an exclamation mark: «Ого, сколько снега выпало!». One interjection can express different feelings: «эх» can show regret or delight — the intonation and situation show the meaning. By function there are three groups: interjections of feeling («ого, эх, фу, ура»), speech-etiquette words («извините, пожалуйста, всего доброго») and command interjections («эй, марш, цыц, ау»). Onomatopoeic words imitate sounds made by people, animals and things: «гав, кря-кря, тик-так, бах, шлёп». They are not members of the sentence either; verbs can be formed from them: «крякать», «тикать».

Примеры
«Ура! Мы выиграли!» (joy). «Увы, билетов нет» (regret). «Тсс, малыш спит» (command).
«Тик-так, тик-так – шли часы». «Утка крякнула: кря-кря».
Работа в классе

“Theatre of feelings”. A student says «эх» or «ой» with different emotions; the class guesses the meaning.

Упражнения
1
Name the feeling: «Ура!», «Увы!», «Ой!».
2
Punctuate: «Эх как жаль что ты не пришёл».
3
Give onomatopoeic words: dog, cat, clock.
4
Why is «спасибо» counted among interjections although it is not an emotion?
