Explanation
Count two groups and compare them. There are 6 cows and 4 buffaloes. The number of cows is more than the number of buffaloes. The number of buffaloes is less than the number of cows. If both groups have 5, the numbers are equal.
Worked examples
7 kites and 3 balloons. The number of kites is more than the number of balloons.
6 mangoes and 6 oranges. The number of mangoes is equal to the number of oranges.
5 bees and 8 flowers. The number of bees is less than the number of flowers.
Class activity
